I would most definitely recommend Janet. She is very friendly and very easy to talk to, no problem is too small. She will go the extra mile to provide fantasic advice and care. She explains things very well in an easy to understand way.

I would highly recommemd Janet. I was on the verge of being diabetic and also had high blood pressure. Janet steered me in the right direction.By changing my eating habits an exercising regularly I was off my blood pressure medication after just 3 months. Janet is very understanding, good listener and get supportive.

Janet is very understanding I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and became very depressed she explained everything to me in a way I could understand she has time for me and always listens she is very good at what she does I would recommend Janet to anyone
